Event details
CELS research centre will have a pleasure to host professor Tamara Capeta (Professor of EU Law and Head of the EU Law department at the University of Zagreb, Croatia) presenting to us her draft paper on "The Weiss/PSPP case and the future of constitutional pluralism". As many of you know, the Weiss/PSPP judgment of the German Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) is very controversial and raised again a lot of concerns as to the relations between the Court of Justice of the EU and the national courts, as well as, more generally, the issues of supremacy of EU Law. Professor Tamara Capeta will discuss these with us in her presentation. Please share the details of the meeting with any students who may be interested in the topic.
