Event details
This seminar follows on from the UoE Transdisciplinary HE Pedagogy Network's 2022 events (funded by UoE Research and Impact Strategy: Research-Education Ecosystem Strand) picking up on key questions around how we define and practice transdisciplinary pedagogy in HE, and builds on recent funded work on transdisciplinary capabilities by The Transdisciplinary School, Sydney. It will take the format of an open dialogue, with digital resources shared in advance to allow space for discussion in the seminar. The UoE Network and TD School Sydney will begin by offering insights into their understandings in relation to the questions:
What is transdisciplinary pedagogy?
What capabilities are needed for transdisciplinary learning and work?
A space for participants to dialogue around these questions and responses will then be opened up. Across the year there will be further opportunities to be involved with the network and the school through continued conversations. We invite all interested colleagues to attend whether you have expertise in this area or are simply curious.
Please RSVP to the organiser for the Zoom link.
Please also share this information with colleagues you think might be interested to join the seminar - everyone is welcome whether you have attended previous events before or not.
