Abstract: To make machine-learning analyses in the life sciences more computationally reproducible, we propose standards based on data, model and code publication, programming best practices and workflow automation. Biography: Stephanie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health working at the intersection of data science and health. She is also a faculty member of the Johns Hopkins Data Science Lab and the Center for Computational Biology, co-host of The Corresponding Author podcast and co-founder of R-Ladies Baltimore.
