Abstract
Diophantine properties are closely related to properties of orbits of a diagonal flow on SL(n,R) / SL(n,Z). In this talk, we will see one question, namely Hausdorff dimension of bad vectors for a matrix, that can be solved using such correspondence. (This talk is based on the joint works with Uri Shapira and Nicolas de Saxce, with Taehyeong Kim and Wooyeon Kim, and Taehyeong Kim and Frederic Paulin.)
