Margaret MacDonald is Dean of Arts at St Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is well known for her work on the earliest house churches, the Pauline communities, and the place of women and children in those communities. She will be talking about her most recent book, The Power of Children: The Construction of Christian Families in the Greco-Roman World (Baylor University Press, 2014).
