An International Law Career with interactive workshop. Andrew Stott (Law Alumnus) will give students an insight into tackling 21st century legal problems involving data, or as he calls it “Chasing the Unicorn – creating the next billion dollar start-up: a case study of the legal and commercial issues involved in launching a disruptor app†Andrew will also discuss how he developed an international law career working in the US and Asia. Andrew has been with Olswang since 2002 and advises companies, financial institutions and individuals on international public and private M&A, investment deals and strategic joint ventures. Andrew has particular experience in working on multi-jurisdiction transactions across Europe, North America and Asia and spent part of his career based in New York.
