It will provide an early engagement opportunity with the University of Law and evidence the distinctive employability support available should students decide to undertake a ULaw course.
The emphasis will be on the skills and behaviours necessary for success and which employers value in their new recruits. It ought to equip participants with some immediate learning which can be utilised in forthcoming recruitment processes as well as developing an improved understanding of how to impress once in the workplace (thus of equal benefit to those who have already secured employment).
This event is aimed at giving a distinctive experience with multiple activities, working in different teams in a variety of challenging and unfamiliar scenarios. There will be an opportunity for feedback from facilitators but also peers who can offer valuable commentary on teammates.
