Event details
Speakers will share information on the support that the university currently offers with particular emphasis on mentoring, career progression and team dynamics. Opportunities for discussion, networking and cake eating will be factored into the day. Lunch will also be provided for ECRs.
We are keen to discuss ways in which we can all make small changes to the way we work to support each other to develop both personally and academically. We will invite speakers to give personal stories of their experiences on these topics. Lunch will be provided and there will also be a cake competition (with prizes!)
Who should attend?
The event is targeted at IHR postgraduate students and staff Grades E-F (or equivalent), or those newly promoted to Grade G. If you’re not sure if this includes you then please email Sarah Walker for clarification.
