Abstract
The theme spans across many different disciplines and profits from a variety of methods, including quantitative and qualitative approaches, to better understand and utilise the impact of AI and data science on society.
All colleagues, including PhD and postdoctoral researchers, whose research is concerned with the theme are invited to join this workshop to discuss the theme and future research in this area at the University.
The workshop will (1) provide information on the IDSAI, the Alan Turing Institute and research opportunities arising from these institutes including access to Data Science Research Fellows for proof-of-concept work; (2) facilitate networking among colleagues; (3) allow for input on collaboration initiatives going forward.
Please register your interest in attending the workshop here. Please email the theme lead, Dr Miriam Koschate-Reis (m.koschate-reis@exeter.ac.uk), if you are unsure on whether you should attend, or you are interested but unable to attend at this opportunity.
