Whittlewood landscape project

Professor Stephen Rippon was engaged in a major project investigating the origins and development of medieval settlement and landscape in eleven parishes centred around Whittlewood, Northamptonshire. This was in collaboration with Professor Chris Dyer (University of Leicester) and Dr Mark Gardiner (Queens University Belfast) and was supported by two grants totalling £497229 from the Arts and Humanities Research Council. The results of the project have been published in:
