Project Manager

I joined the University in July 2012 as a Project Manager with extensive experience in business analysis and change projects.

As a project manager, I support the University deliver change using project management best practices and other methodologies such as LEAN and change management. At the University I have managed a number of projects including implementation of the new e-procurement system, the new campus services facilities management system, and managing the transformation of the IT service.

Prior to joining the University I worked for Computer Sciences Corporation as a senior consultant implementing PeopleSoft solutions, as a Project Manager at Devon Cornwall police, and as the Head of Change at the Co-op Bank.
