SDG Teach In
The SDG Teach In has come to an end for this year and the University maintained its 2023 first place position in the number of students reached by a university. Overall we came fourth in students reached and sixth in the number of educators who pledged.
The Teach In is an annual campaign run by SOS (Students Organising for Sustainability) to put the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the heart of all stages of education, and across all disciplines. It calls upon educators to include the SDGs within their teaching, learning and assessment during the campaign, which this year runs from 1 - 31 March.
All those who took part in any form of teaching or training, were able to pledge to take part via the SDG Teach In Pledge Form. The SOS website included useful resources to help include sustainability teaching.
