Completed student residences

As part of our new student residences project, East Park, Moberly, and Spreytonway have been developed to provide the very best experiences for our students.

These residences have created over 1,500 new student bedrooms to accommodate more students on our Streatham Campus and reduce pressure on the city’s accommodation. Moberly and Spreytonway completed in 2020 and the final phase of East Park completed in September 2021 and is now fully occupied.

University Partnerships Programme (UPP) designed, built, funded and now operate the new student residences and now operate over 4,000 rooms on the University's campuses.

All the new residences provide high-quality accommodation for our students, in walking distance of lectures, the library and education support services, as well as the Students’ Union and our excellent sports facilities. Each residence also provides accessible accommodation, cycle storage, and spaces to socialise and study.

You can find out more information about East Park Residence, Moberly Residence, and Spreytonway Residence on the individual project pages.

The University is proposing further development of student accommodation on Streatham campus in the Clydesdale, Nash Grove and Birks area in the coming years. You can check the project page for further updates on this new development.
