East Park

The new East Park student residences now provides 1,182 modern bedrooms only a short walk from the centre of Streatham Campus.

The new residences helps to fulfil the growing demand from our students for on-campus accommodation, that provides enhanced social experience and wellbeing, especially for first year students leaving home for the first time. The accommodation offers prospective students a range of room types and rent levels and a variety of local amenities to enjoy.

University Partnerships Programme (UPP) designed, built, funded and now operate the new East Park residence.

Comprising of several blocks the East Park development is built in to the topography of the slope and takes advantage of the fantastic views across the city. Delivered in two phases, stage one of the development completed in September 2020 and students have moved in to stage two in this September 2021.

Landscaping works will continue on the East Park development throughout autumn 2021, which will include the planting of over 450 new trees and enhancing the existing boundary habitat.
