Why did you choose to study here?

It's a safe city, not far from London and has a nice landscape.

What did you enjoy most about studying here?

Friendship with friends and fun with my life.

What have you been doing since leaving Exeter, and what are you doing now?

Since I studied MBA in Marketing, I worked as a Researcher at a Research International Company (one company of WPP groups). It's a market research business. After working there for 5 years, I resigned. Now I still work in this industry but work as a Freelancer.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

It's a very challenging work. You need to communicate with many types of consumers, no discrimination, no financial or social status involved. It also requires a high level of analytical skill. Moreover, this job allows you to explore new products before they launch in a market! It is awesome to be a part of developing new products.

How have your University of Exeter studies helped in your career?

My major is Marketing. I focused on Branding. That's very helpful for doing a Market Research especially for FMCG.

Do you have any advice for current students wishing to pursue your career?

Have a passion in what you do and you will find the way to work it out and be happy to do it. Sometimes, we can't work in our beloved job, but it doesn't mean that you can't find happiness in work. Think positively! It might be another challenge in your life. At the end, you might find out that you're good at it, like I have. :)

What are your plans for the future?

1. Set up new business both online and offline.
2. Study financial management. I'm interested in Fund investment and Stock investment.

Do you have any tips or advice on being employable?

Life is a learning experience. Problems and barriers will make you stronger!
