Senior Facilities Operations Manager
Aurelia leads the FM Cleaning Team. Aurelia has many years of cleaning and managerial insight which she uses on a daily basis planning, proritising, and delivering high quality cleaning experience for all University users. The cleaning team of circa 200 staff ensures that all University owned academic and accommodation buildings are clean, safe and ready for use. Aurelia works closely with the Faciltiies Operations Managers to ensure processes, work schedules, rotas and SLA's are adhered to. Aurelia also works closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all University based events and operations.

Gill manages the day to day operations of the Facilities Operations Cleaning Team and works closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager's to ensure that the buildings are cleaned and ready for use and that work schedules, staff rotas and SLA’s are adhered to.
