Simon Eastley - Senior Electrical Engineer
Simon's main responsibly is ensuring the power supplies to the university campus are resilient, reliable and have capacity by continually upgrading and maintaining the electricity network and sub-stations. Simon manages a team of electrical engineers, supports project managers and provides advice and guidance on everything involved in the safe operation and maintenance of electrical services to the university’s campus.

Guy Head - Senior Mechanical Engineer
Guy is responsible for the Mechanical Engineering Team and has technical responsibility for the mechanical services infrastructure within and outside buildings Guy provides specialist mechanical advice in relation to laboratories and other specialist facilities and authorises and controls all new mechanical installations.

Simon Tailford - Direct Works Manager
Simon is responsible for the University’s in house Direct Works, Stores and Help Desk Teams delivering a first line response for reactive and planned maintenance orders. The Primary responsibility is the delivery of a fast and efficient first fix across the electrical, mechanical and structural trades along with completion of numerous types of PPM tasks thus ensuring both safety and compliance.

Andy Seaman - Energy & Sustainable Transport Manager
Responsible for advice, leadership and management in all aspects of energy, carbon and utilities across the University's estate portfolio of over 200 buildings. Andy is responsible for improving the University's energy efficiency and carbon reduction and manages the 2016-26 Low Carbon Commitment Implementation plan. Andy also has responsibility for the management of the Sustainable Travel Plan.

Catherine Hayman - Quality System Manager
Catherine is responsible for the development and implementation of our Quality Management System which attains the ISO 9001 accreditation. It involves the creating and embedding of a road-map of staff developmental and process planning activities, utilising lean approaches. This includes the designing and re-engineering of core business processes and procedures which are measured by audits and Work Stream KPI’s.
