About me:

Claire is the Impact and Partnership Development Manager for Finance, Accounting and Economics at the University of Exeter Business School. She is also the Innovation, Impact and Business sector lead on Sustainable Finance & Impact Investing. Her focus is on develping new and ongoing strategic relationships between external organisations (specifically those in the financial services sector) and academics. This includes raising the profile of commercially funded research through various mechanisms such as contract research, consultancy and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) and executive education programmes designed to address the issues of those working in financial services.

Claire has over twenty years’ experience working across a range of different sectors including asset management, professional services, wealth management and the pension consultancy sector. During her career she has developed skills in strategic planning, project management, online marketing, campaign and database management.
