Role

Kath works in the Enterprise & Innovation Programmes team within Exeter Innovation, and manages industry funded studentships.

Kath’s role is to support and grow Exeter's portfolio of PhD's and MByRes projects funded by industry.

This involves working with academics and the Doctoral College to develop and manage PhD projects with businesses, government departments and charities, ensuring effective collaboration between the organisations, academics and students.

Kath first joined the University in August 2011 and has worked in various roles including events management, business development and managing the contract research and consultancy team.

Kath graduated from the University of Bath in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Biology.
