Digital Signage
Exeter IT support the centrally managed digital signage network. (For non-centrally managed digital signage, please contact your local college admin). This provides a mixture of real time, user populated and dynamically generated information adhering to corporate identity.
All screens are designed to deliver relevant information to their key audience, based on the location and departmental content requirements. Screens are divided into multiple zones, once content has been agreed with the screen owner a screen layout is produced and the new screen commissioned.
Exeter IT are able to advise on the following:
- New digital signage system purchases and installation of the hardware
- Design of the initial layout and suitable content for screens
- Training and support to allow screen owners to update content regularly
- Configuration of the screen with content for open days, graduation and other events
- Repairs and maintenance
- Making changes to the screen layout
- Operational teams provide daily support and troubleshooting for centrally supported screens.
