Digital Learning Resources Policy: UCU Statement

The University and UCU are pleased to report the conclusion of the UCU's collective dispute regarding the new Digital Learning Resources Policy.

Through a series of positive and  constructive discussions held under the collective dispute procedure, University and UCU representatives agreed clarifications to the Policy's provisions regarding data protection and the removal and re-use of digital learning resources. The agreed changes were reported to and endorsed by Senate in the spring term 2024.

The University has committed to review the Policy after its first full year of operation and UCU will be invited to participate in this review.
