Students as Change Agents and Partners
Students as Change Agents and Partners is the University’s philosophy and pathway for empowering students to actively improve the University experience for themselves and their peers. Every change suggested is explored and implemented through an individual project.
The Change Agents scheme is inclusive to the following types of projects:
- Projects co-led by students and staff
- Projects co-created by students and staff, but where delivery has been delegate to students
- Projects created and led only by students
Students registered through the scheme receive support and training to effect change, and are able to develop and demonstrate experience in leadership, teamwork and project management.
Any student-led or student-staff projects taking place across the University should be registered with us so we can support and recognise the impact of this work.
You can see a list of previous Change Agents & Partners projects which have ran across the University here, using our Project Archive (from 2016).
