Technology Enhanced Learning

What we do

The Technology Enhanced Learning team support staff in the innovative use of digital technologies and resources, for teaching, learning and assessment. The team comprises of Education Technologists, Education Advisors and Graduate Digital Learning Developers (DLDs) who are available to assist you with the design and development of pedagogically driven learning materials and activities.

Exploring the use of digital technologies gives educators the opportunity to design engaging learning opportunities in the modules and programmes they teach, whether blended or fully online. We always try to think about the learning first and the tool to help with that second - We want to ensure that each piece of technology used is a good fit for the pedagogical goal you're trying to achieve and to align the needs of teachers and learners with the affordances of digital technologies.

Throughout our work, the core aim is always to enhance the student experience.
