Teaching requirements supplied to central timetabling |

Timetable data entry for current 1st and 2nd years using real student numbers on modules (ranked by 7th May) |

Admissions provide faculties with first 'official' forecast for undergraduate recruitment. Data to inform module/programme numbers |

Timetabling data finalised and returner student enrolments finalised by hubs and imported into Semestry |

Timetabling team finalise prospective 1st year and PGT modules (using planned student numbers) |

Scheduling commences |

Web Room Bookings (WRB) opens for all weeks up until the commencement of term |

Academic staff able to access working personal term 1 timetables |

Confirmation of 1st year and PGT actual sizes - adjustments made |

Draft timetable for term 2+3 released for checking by faculties |

Fresher's faculty induction timetable released to incoming students (see later dates for teaching activity release) |

Release of working timetables (term 1 only) for returning students |

Release of working term 1 timetables for undergraduates and PGT (where September start applies) |
| 15th September 2025 | Web Room Bookings (WRB) opens for teaching spaces up until Sunday 30th November 2025 |
| 15th September 2025 | Web Room Bookings (WRB) opens for meeting spaces up until Sunday 23rd August 2026 |
| 22nd September 2025 | Term 1 commences and student timetabling clinics run in hub info points for 2 weeks |
| 17th October 2025 | Amendments on term 2+3 timetable returned to the Timetabling team |
| 29th October 2025 | Release of working timetables for all (term 2+3) |
| 3rd December 2026 | Web Room Bookings (WRB) opens for teaching spaces in term 2 |
| 16th February 2026 | Web Room Bookings (WRB) opens for teaching spaces in term 3 |
