Exeter Law School lecturer and ESI Affiliate AIice Venn will present some of the findings from her research examining the potential of human rights law to respond to the lacunae in the existing frameworks that serve to restrict the protections available to climate vulnerable states and peoples, and to drive more ambitious action by policy makers.
