Spring into Wellness 2025

As assessments approach, it’s more important than ever to look after your wellbeing. Spring into Wellness is here to help you take a break, manage stress, and find balance during this busy time.

With a variety of events across campus, there’s something for everyone. Unwind with arts and crafts, including plant pot painting and a sun catcher workshop, spend time with Pets as Therapy dogs, or grab a coffee and connect at a wellbeing café.

Whether you need a quick breather or a chance to recharge, these activities are designed to support you through the assessment period. Take some time for yourself and get involved.
