University of Sharjah
The Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS), specifically the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies (IAIS), enjoys a strong partnership with the University of Sharjah, having entered into a Memorandum of Understanding which supports delivery of research events and symposia, such as the 2023 Exeter-Sharjah Symposium, featuring over 40 academics across our two universities, hosted by the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Sharjah.
We are also delighted to deliver a progression partnership, providing opportunity for Sharjah graduates to join any HASS Masters programme with a dedicated scholarship and application process. Exeter extends a warm welcome to students joining us from Sharjah, and to continuing to build our partnership across education and research.
Students from Sharjah who wish to progress to an Exeter Master’s programme under this partnership will need to meet our standard Academic and English Language Entry Requirements from the UAE. Please visit our UAE country page for further information.
