Wuhan University
The University of Exeter and Wuhan University are pleased to announce a Faculty-wide Progression Agreement established in 2024. The Agreement significantly expands our earlier partnership between our Schools of Law, and now enables students from across Wuhan’s Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Social Sciences to join any Exeter Master’s programme taught in our Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS).
This Progression Agreement allows Wuhan students to take up an Exeter Master’s programme standalone, having completed an undergraduate degree at Wuhan, or to build the Exeter Master’s programme into a two-year or three-year Wuhan Masters programme.
All Wuhan students who meet our standard academic and English language entry requirements from China will receive an offer to study at Exeter.

Wuhan-Exeter Scholarships
All Wuhan students progressing to study at Exeter will receive a scholarship award.
Please note Wuhan students are only eligible to hold one scholarship from Exeter at a time, and if they successfully apply for more than 1 scholarship, the one with the largest discount will be applied. See our funding and scholarship database.
