Making bread

Our Masters programmes in Food Studies are convened by Prof. Harry G. West, and reflect the diverse interests of our team as well as colleagues elsewhere in the University.

The degree will prepare you to understand, critically assess, and practically engage with foodways and food systems. Students may choose pathways in Food, Society and Culture (MA) and in Food Systems and Sustainability (MSc).
