Nathan Hughes
Postgraduate Researcher
Mathematics and Statistics
I am a PhD student supervised by Dr Jimmy Tseng and Professor Nigel Byott. I graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 and worked as a data engineer before joining Exeter in 2020.
My main interests are homogeneous dynamics and applications to number theory. Currently, I am working on effective ergodic theorems and their applications to problems in Diophantine approximation.
