Mathematics and Statistics
I am a research fellow in the Exeter Climate Systems group (https://mathematics.exeter.ac.uk/research/xcs/). My current work is focused on better understanding atmospheric circulation patterns over Greenland and their representation in climate models. I previously held a postdoctoral research position at the Complutense University of Madrid and completed my PhD in Atmosphere, Oceans and Climate at the University of Reading in 2019. During my PhD, I studied the relationship between extratropical cyclones and atmospheric blocking events over Europe in numerical weather prediction models.
