Induction

Part of your mandatory training will be to book onto the virtual ‘Welcome to the University’ event. 

You will also receive an invitation from the Researcher Development Team to attend one of their 'New ECR Welcome' events. These online and in-person events provide excellent opportunities to meet the Researcher Development and Research Culture support team, other Early Career Researchers, including leads from the Early Career Researcher Networks, and learn about the ECR Hub supporting web resources. All this taking place with a hot tea, coffee or cake!
