1. Faculty information

The Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences was formed in September 2022, and brings together ten departments: Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies; Archaeology and History; Classics, Ancient History, Religion and Theology; Communications, Drama and Film; English and Creative Writing; Humanities and Social Sciences, Penryn (Cornwall); Languages, Cultures and Visual Studies; Law School; School of Education and Social and Political Sciences, Philosophy and Anthropology. The Societies and Cultures Institute is also homed within the Faculty. PGR students are based on the Streatham and St Luke's campuses in Exeter and the Penryn campus in Cornwall.
