Our MSc Applied Data Science and Statistics students receive training in statistics, machine learning, R and Python, with a strong focus on application to real-life datasets and problems. They also take modules focusing on communication, presentation, ethics and governance. Project topics can cover the full spectrum from very technical to very applied and can involve all aspects of applied data science and statistics including data collection and cleaning, modelling, ethical considerations, and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to explore a new idea or perform an extended analysis of your research data. If you are interested, get in contact with us.
