Acquifer IM – high content imaging system

The Acquifer Imaging Machine (Acquifer IM) is a fully automated microscope system that can image multi-well plates, offering rapid imaging and the high throughput required for screening.  Fitted with Brightfield, LED Fluorescence illumination and a large, motorised Z drive, this system is perfect for imaging a wide variety of sample types and model systems.  

  • High throughput screening, suitable for a range of models, from cell monolayers to organoids and embryos to larval Zebrafish  
  • Fully automated, long-term timelapse imaging  
      
  • Multi-well plate holder enables imaging of 6-well to 96-well plates.  
  • Fully automated system with user-friendly control software. 
  • Large Z range facilitates stacking through thicker samples. 
  • Sample stage is static while optics are moved around – this prevents vibrations of the sample. 
  • Fully programmable for customised workflows
