Equipment and Resources
The University of Exeter Sequencing Facility has been operating since 2008 running internal, collaborative, and commercial projects. Originally formed from University Science Strategy investments it has expanded using a combination of Wellcome Trust, MRC and BBSRC equipment funds as well as University-match funding. Currently we support in excess of £20M of research grants and work with a range of commercial companies and organisations. We have a range of experience in short read and long read technologies.
