Our equipment and technologies
We use Oxford Nanopore Technology and Illumina sequencing as appropriate for your experiment. We use our newly acquired Illumina NovaSeq X for high throughput short read sequencing projects and the NextSeq 1000 for smaller scale projects or those required longer reads. We also use these platforms for Olink® Proximity Extension™ Assays. We use Promethion or Minion flow cells for projects that require longer reads or require direct RNA sequencing.
