Study with us
While the ESI is an institute built around research, education plays an important role in what we do. Our staff’s roles in department-led teaching and world class research operate symbiotically, each feeding and benefiting the other. The university’s recent TEF Gold award is testament to our community of best practice in education. In this context, the ESI supports departments to enhance student experience, hosting events, workshops, guest speakers, business leaders and skills-based employability sessions.
Academics from the ESI community teach in over 60 modules across the Penryn Campus. These include degree and post-graduate taught courses across Applied Data Science, Biosciences, Business, Geography, Mining, Politics and Renewable Energy.
