Health Technologies @Exeter

Health Technologies @Exeter aims to be at the forefront of developing innovative translational healthcare technologies that directly address individual, societal, and industry needs.

Through interdisciplinary collaboration, multiscale research spanning from molecular to population-level, and with a focus on clinical care, we strive to establish an international reputation for ground-breaking research. Our network brings together top academics, clinicians, methodologists, and industry partners to generate refined measures and interventions for improved outcomes in long-term conditions. By enhancing function, mobility, and overall well-being, we seek to revolutionize diagnosis, prevention, interventions, and assistive technologies. Our multidisciplinary approach spans various domains and leverages cutting-edge technologies.

We aspire to become a global research leader by catering directly to societal needs, strengthening ties with healthcare providers, and involving public and patient groups. Through collaboration, information sharing, and a person-centered approach, we will develop precision medicine and rehabilitation solutions that transform lives.
