Julie Mason is a Research Development Manager. Her role is to provide research development and management support to academics and fellowship candidates, supporting the development of research proposals and budgets to a range of funders and schemes. Julie Mason currently works in the Health and Life Sciences Cluster supporting the Departments of Psychology and Health and Care Professions and works in a team with the Department Directors of Research and Impact and the Departmental Managers.

Julie Mason has 10 years of experience in Research Development within the HE Sector and has worked across all of the University of Exeter Facilities.

Prior to joining the University Julie Mason was a Training Co-ordinator in a private training provider running a team of 5 Training staff, writing training programmes and delivering training and assessment to a range of adult apprentices up to Management Level 5.
