Colleague Mental Health and Wellbeing support

You can access a wide range of wellbeing information, tools, and support at www.exeter.ac.uk/staff/wellbeing including access to our Employee Assistance Programme Spectrum Life; a 24/7 confidential support, advice and counselling service.  There is a self-care sectionfinancial wellbeing toolkit and links to social groups and networks. The mental health support page has resources for common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loneliness. The manager toolkit and training provides managers with the tools and guidance needed to support their teams. You can also contact a Mental Health Champion for advice on finding the right support for you. Check the A-Z index of support and information if you're looking for something in particular.

 

Sports Park memberships and physical exercise 

Our Sports Parks offer discount memberships for gym, swimming, classes and sports. There are ways to get moving available through the University including via our social groups and networks, campus walks, and volunteering activities. Chaplaincy 

Exeter Campuses

The multi-faith Chaplaincy is made up of 17 chaplains as well as some assistants covering Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Bahá'í. You can find out more about the Chaplaincy and their services on the Chaplaincy webpages. 

 

Penryn Campus
