A senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years experience supporting the development of outstanding working environments (predominantly within the Higher Education sector). I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Focused on delivering performance improvement through interventions with individuals, teams, and organisation wide initiatives.
A strong believer in the power and ability within all people to do great things when given the right environment in which to flourish. Currently leading Wellbeing and Occupational Health Teams.
