Mentoring

Depending on your role, we offer two mentoring schemes to support your development.

The One Step Beyond Academic Mentoring scheme spans across all faculties to bring you a fantastic opportunity to engage with a mentoring relationship and develop your knowledge in an array of areas such e.g. Citizenship Development, Education Development, Managing personal/family life with professional/career aspirations.

The HoD mentoring scheme is an excellent opportunity to share good practice, link in across faculties, bridge knowledge gaps and provide support to each other in this demanding leadership role. This opportunity will enable you to either connect with HoD peers to support each other and gain valuable experience from experienced HoDs, ADE/ADRs and HRBPs.
