Description | Theme: Leadership and Management Category: People Management About this course: During this course participants will take time to step back and review effectively they are managing the work of their team at present. They will explore how to lead accountability, practise giving feedback , explore tools and techniques for planning and prioritising and put together an effective and realistic action plan to enhance how they manage the work.
Learning outcomes: By the end of the session you will be able to:. - Take time to step time to step back, review how effectively you are managing the work at present. - Practise giving feedback (both positive and constructive). - Explore tools and techniques for planning and prioritising. - Put together an effective and realistic action plan to enhance how you manage the work.
Who should attend this course: This course is aimed at managers who are following either Pathway 1 (Essentials) or Pathway 2 (Practitioner) within our People Management Development programmes. Delegates will be looking to grow their management skills. You may be new to a management role, or have a few years of experience but with limited formal training.
