Bitesize Learning: Managing Chronic Fatigue at Work (including the impact of Post-COVID Syndrome)

Course overview: This one-hour session will provide information on symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and Post-COVID syndrome (Long-COVID). It will cover what support and resources are available for those with the condition, and what managers can do to support colleagues at work. Sessions will include a short presentation on the condition, including signs and symptoms, the potential impact on work activities, and possible reasonable adjustments to support colleagues at work. It will provide an opportunity for discussion and to share best practice.
Learning outcomes: By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of:. - the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and Long-COVID. - how Chronic Fatigue and Long-COVID impact on colleagues at work. - how symptoms can be managed and what a manager can do to support staff with Chronic Fatigue and Long-COVID. - what resources are available for staff and managers.
Audience: This session is aimed at all colleagues and managers who want to know more about symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and Long-COVID, how they can be managed, and what support can be provided at work.
