PS Connect: Service Experience Workshop

About this course:

This two part workshop is for PS Connect colleagues only - it will discuss PS Connect's service experience principles and help you design a framework in which to develop these within your own team.

Part One: 1) Understand PS Connect's service experience principles and share the best practices already working well in your team.

2) Create a framework for service experience to suit your team's specific ways of working.

3) Design the delivery approach to implement this framework with your team.

Part-Two: 1) Attend a follow-up session to share results and successes.

Who should attend this course:

PS Connect colleagues who manage customer-facing teams.

Booking instructions: This is an in-person workshop - please book onto any of the Part-One dates below and you will be sent the pre-workshop prep (<15 mins).

Part Two dates will be organised separately.
