Health and Safety: Dangerous Goods by Air Training
Description | Theme: Personal Effectiveness. Category: Health, Safety, Fire and Environment. Course Overview: It is a legal requirement that all those involved in the handling and packaging of Dangerous Goods By Air are retrained every 24-months to refresh their existing knowledge and to be made aware of any new developments. (Initial training is a 3 day course). Learning Outcomes: This is a three day CAA accredited IATA training course covering aspects such as: - the limitations. - classifications. - packing & packaging. - marking and labelling dangerous good by air.
Audience: This course is for persons who handle, package and ship DGs by air in their role.
Resources: Delegates may need to bring a current edition of the IATA dangerous goods regulations.
