Researcher Development : Introduction to Archives for Researchers - Penryn
Description | Theme: Education and Research Category: Education and Research This activity is for Research active staff and would be particularly useful to Early Career Researchers. This session will be DELIVERED IN-PERSON - joining instructions will be provided beforehand.
About this course: This session will introduce researchers to collections held at the Streatham and Penryn Campuses. It will focus on how these materials can support current and future research and how the collections teams can assist in research and bid development. There will also be the opportunity to tour the archive store of the respective campus.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will be able to: Identify synergies between archive collections and your own area of research. You will be confident in accessing the collections and staff knowledge and know where to go for more information.
Who should attend this course: The course is specifically designed Research active staff and would be particularly useful to Early Career Researchers engaged in research at any stage of their career who want to know about our existing collections, or opportunities for collaboration.
