Description | Theme: Leadership and Management Category: Compliance, Health and Safety About this course: This session will describe the compliance and risk arrangements at UOE, highlight the leadership role and support in place for you. Specifically we will cover: - 1. University compliance oversight 2. Health and Safety- your duties and accountability 3. Risk Management arrangements at the University and the role of a manager 4. The Insurance Arrangements, Insurance limitations, Travel 5. Information Governance requirements including FOI and DPIA 6. The role of the Internal Audit 7. Business Continuity Planning 8. Support available to you to navigate these processes As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:. 1. increase your knowledge of your role and responsibilities. 2. Understand what processes are in place to support you. 3. Know how to seek support and advice.
Audience: Those with a management / leadership role in Faculties.
