Description | Theme: Personal Effectiveness Category: Education and Research Academic Development About this course: This workshop has been developed to support new Senior Tutors, helping them to approach the role professionally, and empathetically. We will consider the University expectations, and student needs, as well as discussing the leadership challenges associated with being a Senior Tutor.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will have a better understanding of the role of Senior Tutor, and will be ready to join the community of Senior Tutors in the university.
